What is a conductive ring?

VS-RD series of conductive ring consists of conductive fiber, metal body and other components, applied to frequency conversion motor and its coupling equipment galvanic corrosion protection.VS-RD series of conductive ring can reduce the induced potential between the bearing and the grounded casing, effectively reduce the hazards of galvanic corrosion due to the axial current, to protect the motor bearings in order to protect the motor for long-lasting and stable operation.

Why use conductive rings?
Conductive rings are used for galvanic corrosion protection of inverter motors and their coupling equipment.VS-RD series of conductive rings can reduce the induced potential between the bearing and the grounded casing, effectively reduce the hazards of galvanic corrosion due to shaft currents, and protect the motor bearings to ensure the long and stable operation of the motor.

A: The average lead time for prototype/first piece is 7~10 days, if tooling is involved, the lead time for production tooling is 10 days, and the average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.

A: All goods will be packed in cartons and loaded on pallets. Special packing methods are acceptable when needed.
